Students electing to complete the Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Human Resource Management must complete the University general education requirements, Graham School of Management core business requirements, and the required major courses listed below:

- MGMT 356: Total Compensation Management
- MGMT 370: Organizational Behavior
- MGMT 357: Employment and Labor Law
- MGMT 358: Human Resource Risk Management
